This hotel is conveniently located next to the main train station, making it easy to travel around the city. The metro station is also just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and some even have a nook for working or relaxation. Guests can enjoy the free gym and sauna facilities, and the breakfast provided is better than expected. The hotel also offers underground parking for guests' convenience.

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. Windows, pillows, and tea/coffee cups were found to be dirty, and the inside of the fridge was not well-maintained.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and kind, always ready to help. They made my stay a pleasant one. The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was easily accessible from the main train station and made it convenient for me to explore the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and polite, assisting us with a taxi to the airport. The spacious room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The spa facilities were excellent and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we appreciated the option to dine inside or outside. The hotel's location, right next to the train station and close to the central bus station, made it convenient for transportation.

This hotel is fantastic! It is such a great location, as it is very close to the train station and within walking distance of the city centre. The staff are really friendly and speak English, which is super helpful. There is also a beautiful outdoor terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast. The room itself was very clean and quiet, and there is even a kettle provided with cups and glasses.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends, it was a really great stay!

We loved the variety of breakfast options, including fruits, pastries, cheese, and ham. The coffee was great as well. The comfortable bed and convenient location near Sofia central railway station were also major pluses.

The breakfast offered a decent variety of options, including bread, eggs, bacon, ham, coffee.
